San Francisco to Cairo, RT: $4, 990 (dbl occupancy)

Land Only: $3,560 (dbl. occupancy)
                  $4,360 (single occupancy)

To reserve your space, please complete the online registration form and submit to us as soon as possible.  A 50% deposit is required to confirm your space.

For those flying with us, your deposit must be in by noon, Nov. 30. After that, reservations are on a space available basis. Your full payment is due by Jan. 11, no later.

For those on the land only portion of the trip, your deposit must be in by Jan. 2. Your full payment is due by Jan. 11, no later.

Cancellation

CANCELLATION FOR THOSE FLYING WITH US.
If you cancel before Jan. 2, your payments will be refunded, less a $250 cancellation fee for airfare, and $100 for the land part of the trip.
If you cancel on or after Jan. 2, the airfare of $1,450 will not be refunded. See cancellation policy for land only for the rest of your payment refund.

CANCELLATION – LAND ONLY
If you cancel before Jan. 16, your land tour payments will be refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
If you cancel on or after Jan. 16, your land tour refund will depend on the Egyptian tour group’s cancellation fees, your reason for canceling, and on whether your place can be filled.

Traveling in Egypt

We will be traveling in Egypt with experienced tour guides, including two licensed Egyptologists.  Tourism is key to the Egyptian economy and exceptional security measures, including the Tourist Police, have been taken by the government to insure the safety of travelers .
