The campus sits on a hill between Gaston, Oregon and Bald Peak road, amidst the beautiful Wilamette Valley.  Nearby farms and communities offer the benefit of living in a semi-rural setting with close proximity to a major metropolitan area with shopping, theaters and entertainment.   The setting lends itself to hiking, biking, and activities in nature.

The college is currently refurbishing a large gymnasium located on campus, running track, and tennis courts.   The usual recreational sports are available for personal enjoyment.   The college encourages creativity for all recreational activities–full moon hikes up through the valley to Bald Peak, group outings, inspired student-created music and entertainment and service opportunities that help the surrounding communities.
